Wao... today, I baked 2 cakes which weight 1kg each... I steamed 18 Fatt Gou...
I am so happy to see my Fatt Gou... This is first time my Fatt Gou bloomed is such a nice shape !!! =D

"EGG" Cake

Sounds funny why I named my cake as "EGG" Cake right? Errr, I used 20 yolks to complete this little sweety. Look at the structure, don't have cake (normally) texture. The feeling is like munching egg inside your mouth.
"Life is like a rountine, sometime is boring" BUT baking makes me happy all the time =) Think to prepare western dinner tomorrow but depends on mood :P
