Perhentian Island Again... 4D3N

Yeap, we are back from our short beach holidays at Perhentian Island with a gang of 23 ladies and gentlemen ! This is my husband company trip and I able to get permission to leave school for 1 day, so... I allowed to follow them !! Is a super wonderful trip for everyone of us, no one complaint boring in this trip !!! =D
We hope we can hold the time, we hope we still at Perhentian right now... enjoy the western breakfast, thai style dishes for lunch and dinner !!!
We play and swim without day and night... we snorkeling in the deep sea to see baby shark, sting fish and the most cutie ~ Nemo :P Life is all about gaining experience from time to time !!!
Funny thing, every of my colleagues are waiting to see my SKIN... I am a fair lady to my colleagues and my beloved pupils for sure but since yesterday, I look RED, a healthy color instead of BLACK ! Bahahahahahhaa! But today, the color turns dark :X
For sure I will follow Him from time to time for their company trip every year cause the members on THE ONE TECHNOLOGY aka EXTREME always ROCKS to the max !!!!!!

3 tiers birthday cake

My first try on 3 tiers fondant cake. Thanks so much for my customer who gave me a good chance to try for it ;) The process to make it not really smooth, maybe too rush for me =( But luckily at last, I able to handle it well. Hope that she really love the cake which I had put 100% of my effort on it ;)

KEEP FIT

Yosh, my husband told me last night : "My dear, ermmm the most slim part from ur body, now also squeeze with fats." Wahhhhhhh, my cute husband, how nice to bring me to the reality. Well, I know I ate like dinasour with super big portion of foods nowadays.
Ok, back to the topic... I need to keep fit right now !!!! My target ~ 46kg which means I need to shade off 4kg from today !!!!

Breakfast : 2 pieces of bread @ 1 cup of cereal
Lunch : Vegetables + fish + rice
Dinner : A cup of milk + soup

Other time? AEROBIC... back to my uni life, aerobic everyday without missed out any day !!!!!!! I give myself 2 months !!! Wish me luck !!!!

A very happy birthday I would like to say to him... He is a such lovely daddy to me, to my brothers and such a nice man to my mummy and father in law to my husband !!! Thanks him being with us and support us all the time. He is a real nice man !!! Recently he has some health problem and now wait for the report, we all pray hard for him, hopefully everything is ok.... May god bless my beloved daddy!

My daddy loves chocolate so so much and this is the cake I purposely baked for him, whole piece chocolate cake... he continuously ate 2 pieces and say: "It's nice." I am happy because he like the cake =)

Longan Puddin

My so yummylicious longan puddin. I got this recipe from my aunt. Here I would like to share for my reader =)

Ingredients:

3 bottle of 150ml water
2 cans of condensed milk
2 cans of Longan (need it water as well)
1 pack of agar-agar powder
800g of sugar

Mix up all and you will get these...

Lock myself up in the square box...

My mood isn't that good since my first month of ttc. And after 3 months, I don't think I can bring any news to everyone. Last few week ain't my good days as I always lock myself in my own world. I refused to talk, refused to share thing... Until yesterday night, I explored... My husband have no idea of how to console me anymore ! I know I ruin his night time. He know my pattern, I don't like to answer any question of WHY when my mood really really down! He did hold and hug me tight for whole night with silent mode, let me do what ever I want... After whole night, I woke up with a fresh mind this morning and I realized that, the most precious babe is with me right now, I should appreciate what I have now and should wait in a happy mode for the second one... Ok, my P late for almost one week and I do not have any mood to go for the test as I very clear what's happened in my own body =) I will wait for the fourth ttc on the coming month, wish me luck =)

I fail :( Huhuhu... I fail to draw it's pattern la, so sad... But my friend send me new recipe for buttercake... Waoh, really a nice buttercake with soft texture !!! I love it... I will try again on Cream Cheese Buttercake and Cheddar Cheese Buttercake, stay tune!

kakakaka, did you see any zebra's pattern? Nope? Means I fail jor loooo :P From this photo, two things remind me if I gonna try again, first, don't too thick on each batter and don't put the chocolate as the base =)
