Try To Conceive - TTC

Elders around me like start to nagging me about this question and everyone around me do like to ask me this question which is: hey, pregnant dy? or " hey why still dun wan to get pregnant? Still under protection?" Wargh !
We are married for 7 months dy. Still no news yet? Yeap, no news! Why? Frankly, we ttc start from month of Mac 2010. So only 3 months we tried =) Due to my irregular period, sometime really hard for me to predict when is my ovulation date. I did bought ovulation test and ask for some experienced mummy and they are very kind in helping me and answering my questions. Still remember on last month, which is my second month of ttc, I have my missed period though but there is a negative line in test kit and finally menses came on day 37. Frankly, a bit disappointed. HUS did console me in the proper way and say we try again on next month. Me, a person who quite out of patient and I am so stress on this matter recently. Well, again on this month... I have my period due for almost 2 weeks. As I say I have my irregular period *my record is missed for almost 80 days :P *,
so now TO TEST OR NOT TO TEST ? =)

Mushroom Fish + Tomyam spaghetti

Not feeling well recently and seldom go out to top up my fridge. Since HUS noon shift on this two weeks so I just left my fridge empty with some necessary ingredients. Told him I will get ready dinner for him and I just told him, I grab whatever in my fridge and I cook whatever I can AGAIN! I accidentally found a fish in freezer and of course I left some spaghetti in container so... here's our dinner =)

I am so proud that I have been selected to be a MC AGAIN! The MC of the Malaysia Concert Tour 2010. The concert is lead by Mr. Mat Noble, a very smart and handsome guy and all of them are from Concordia, Adelaide Australia. What I should say about the concert is ~ COOL !!!

"Simply Fried"

Keke, the theme for tonight dinner is "simply fried" :P I dunno what ingredients I put, which powder I use... I just grab whatever I saw, whatever I have in my fridge... But that white mouse love this very very much. For him, as long as fried rice, no matter what flavor also he like. Errr, if not mistaken, I combine 3 type of different taste. Kampung powder, Preso Tomato and 麻油 ;P Sound weird but it taste nice ;P

Saw the rice? Hehe, is round and big right? I use Japanese Rice for our dinner. =)

My Breakfast

Hope to have different style of breakfast every morning.. to have a very nice mood to continue a long day job ;) Here's our breakfast for today, for this morning ;)

A very crispy bread with ham, 2 eggs, cheese... put in oven, 160oC for 20 minutes =) Add some paper or sugar ;) Depends on your taste ;)

Burberry

Burberry? I received it on last Sunday with my blank mind! What to say? This is the present from him as he know I desperate to looking for a wallet... *a very normal wallet* No wonder so kind of him invited me to go kl only for a day, his excuse: "Let's go for pet show!" I was like huh? Is ok to follow him, Sunday wat... This is the present which already bought by him and was collected by my future sis in law. My Burberry wallet? Where is it now? Still inside the wrapping paper, inside my wardrobe... I still 不舍得 to use it... I have cards and I do believe that everyone do... I told him I don't think I will slot every of my cards in... it will just spoil my wallet... He asked, own another wallet just for cards??? Kaka, excited is... my another small wallet for only cards used is on the way sending from USA~ Kate Spade Small Wallet =)
I have nothing to comment about him after he told me that... ok girl, no more for your birthday present!!! =_=" I never request him to buy me anything and this is the decision he make for me !!!

Weather is bloody hot, boiled barley to quench our thirst... good to drink barley than any carbonated drinks. Beside barley, there is 木薯糕 also... =) Enjoy the pictures ;)

Pure Bird Nest

Papa nagged me quite lot time... about what? He always gather info about THE EASIEST WAY TO CLEAN THE PURE BIRD NEST from his friends! Come back he will tell me from A to Z. I am so lazy when I look at the bird nest which is just pretty fresh... is full of feathers!! Me, always ask for the clean one.. the one which siap siap done by other people... In a box, contains 6 pieces... I will love that one more than pure one... until one of my friend scold me "STUPID!" !$@!^@$!@& :P
Yesterday, I dig out this fresh one from my kitchen and start to use the way which taught by papa. Yeah, I just need to use half an hour to finish one piece PURE BIRD NEST ! Feel satisfied! This small piece equally to the portion for 3 person! Keke, guess what... I have more and more FREE bird nest to eat yo... mummy say : "please make sure no more feathers before you cook, don't 弄巧反磋...滋润 become 哮喘 !!" OMG, what a funny maaammyyy!!!! :P

My very pure dessert, but weird... I won't drink with pure BN because I really don't like the smell which like "EGG"! Maybe is protein kuttttt .... I prefer to mix with 泡渗 powder ;) Is just nice ;)

Special Breakfast

Girl normally who in age above 25... Their skin, body or whatever will start to change IF we do not handle it prettily. Frankly I never cook dessert which have 滋润 effect. I will just slurp those nice food at mummy house. But since that I have slow cooker which present by cousin, I think I should start to move it out and function it. Keke, of course mummy will prepare whatever I request for and today I came back with 雪蛤... Mummy taught me this way : "Throw all the things that I give you into the pot and boil it until tomorrow!" Wakakaka, early morning when I step out from my room, the smell of 雪蛤 really melt my heart =)

Dang dang... I will cook more and more dessert in coming day yo! Errr... 腐竹薏米，燕窝泡渗，龙眼罗汉果，雪蛤 of course... what else??? Beside this, I will boil also those can help in blood circulation function yo as my face look pale ya! That one will be 红枣"Gei Ji" *dunno mandarin :P* and 东归蜜枣 yo!

Cheese & Herbs

Here's to prepare my breakfast for tomorrow. Sound weird right? I made it today cause I don't think I able to wake up at 5.45am like this morning by TOMORROW. Simple way, I just need to put in microwave and DING for 3 mins =) Here's my another flavor of spaghetti.
Spaghetti got a lot of way to cook it but me... I prefer only one way... Pour water into wok to cover those stick, put 3 to 4 spoon of the paste which you like into wok together with the water, then let those water DRY !!! Salt, pepper... is up to you how much you wana add ;) That's the easiest way I found from Carol's blog ;)

Breakfast Set

Another set for him before I went out this morning. I need to prepare breakfast for him or else, he will only buy Mihun Goreng or whatever goreng!!! Unhealthy at all =_="!
I hope I can get more and more info about the TYPES of breakfast which I able to prepare every morning~ For him and for myself too!!!!

Woke up a bit early this morning... One hour earlier before I went to school =) Look through the recipe to prepare scrambled egg. Actually I suppose to prepare omelette as I bought cheddar cheese yesterday but... HUS don't like cheese. So end up with scrambled egg. And here da picture... I forget to buy beans ;P

Special intro: We bought Olive Oil yesterday! Get to know it is healthy to cook with this Olive Oil. Today I tried this and yup, 很香 !!!

"EGG" Cake

Sounds funny why I named my cake as "EGG" Cake right? Errr, I used 20 yolks to complete this little sweety. Look at the structure, don't have cake (normally) texture. The feeling is like munching egg inside your mouth.
"Life is like a rountine, sometime is boring" BUT baking makes me happy all the time =) Think to prepare western dinner tomorrow but depends on mood :P

Before and After

Back from beach, the first person who very worried about me is my mummy... She very scared to see me in copper skin. Hihi, so when I was at beach, I really not dare to expose to sun and finally get scolded by cousin =_=" Me, myself can't stand for it also, I am excited when I see those fishes and coral. So, no matter how hot, I will still swim under the sea! And now the result became like this =_="

Went to bank just now and met friends there, so sweet them... They told me I am not as dark as I complained at FB... They are just nice to tell me that : "Very fast will recover, no worry." Hihi, I am so happy to hear that, thanks =)

Part-time Housewife

This is the first experience for me as a housewife after 6 months marriage life. After back from holiday, HUS back to work and as a wife-ME, I stay at home from day to night except lunch and dinner hour, I will back to mummy house. HUS start to complain that we have a bloody messy living room, kitchen!! so, I am the one who STILL FREE for this moment, and my nerve wake me up and give me signal or either hints that, I SHOULD START TO MOVE MY BUTTOCK !!
I THROW (My favorite job, I will just know to THROW all the bloody and it consider CLEAN in my dictionary) all the rubbish, washed up all the dusty thingy ! Time is still early, decide to move to upstairs to clean my bedroom and toilet as well =_=" Is a kind of exercise for me I think.
For me, I quite enjoy this moment... Switch on the Hokkien Song, move here and there alone... BUT not for long term, I will get crazy !!! Keke... cook after that? NO ! Baked? Maybe =)

Perhentian Island...

Just went back from Perhentian Island yesterday night. We took 3 types of transport to reached our sweet home, I am really exhausted after the trip. Damn tired! Well, I am no longer a fair lady... What's my HUS's comment? He said: " Copper wife is look nicer than milky wife!" I wonder why he didn't get himself a copper wife since he is still single? :P Chop me off after he read my blog later. Back to my topic, we enjoyed the trip so so much, even we don't have cold weather as what I always love, we don't shop like crazy as what I always love, but... I swim like crazy under the hot sun which I never did in my past 25 years life, I shout like crazy when my leg touched a gang of fishes under the sea! I laugh like no body when we lied on bed after the meal! Its worth!!! Pictures will lead you to our holidays in Perhentian Island! =)

Genting Gathering

I am so happy for this gathering trip at Genting! No doubt that our laughter is always "attractable!!!" We chat, we played, we laugh, we dinner, we lunch, we breakfast, we shopping, we gamble of course, we "blowing" !!! We had a very happy happy gathering time! Our further plan for next gathering should be step out of Malaysia! Hopefully we can do it and the plan run smoothly! Happy to have them be my friends!
