Butter Cheese Bread- 芝士奶油面包


Done my Butter Cheese Bread. I love this bread so so much. I prefer to have lot lot cheese inside the bread. I don't think I can buy it at any bakery shop :P

I got the recipe from this kind girl :)
Recipe:

A- 50g High Protein Flour, 50g hot water, 2 tsp sugar
B- 250g High Protein Flour, 1 tbsp coconut cream, 70g fresh milk, 4g dry yeast, 6
slices of cheddar cheese, 30g butter, 2 tbsp sugar.

Steps:

1. Mix up all ingredients in A. Leave it for half an hour.
2. Mix up all ingredients in B beside the butter, sugar and fresh milk. Put all
ingredients in the bread maker machine, pour the milk slowly into it. You can
simply add more milk into the mixture if you think the dough is too hard or
reversely.
3. Let the dough rest for half an hour until it double size up.
4. Cut the cheddar cheese with the cutter.
5. Mix up the sugar and butter. Add the extra cheddar cheese into it. Make it into
small pieces.
6. Divide the dough into 6, each 60g.
7. Put the (5) into the bread.
8. Brush some egg on it.
9. Let the dough rest again until it double size up, normally it need 40 minutes.
10. Preheat the oven, put the bread into oven, 180 degree Celsius for 25 mins.
