My first fondant cake


A very boring Saturday without going any place... Mood wasn't that good as woke up by the noisiest dog bark! Don't think to take nap during noon time tho... As my previous blog mentioned, baking or cooking will cheers me up! Here's my first fondant cake. I don't have a proper tools in my kitchen... so I not really satisfied with what I did today.

Coconut Tart

After UPSR, my standard 6 class almost free like bird. So most of the time they will help me to decorate my remedial classroom, get ready for next year. Sometime I guide them to bake some cake, bread and even tart. Today, I taught them to bake Coconut Tart!

Butter Cheese Bread- 芝士奶油面包


Done my Butter Cheese Bread. I love this bread so so much. I prefer to have lot lot cheese inside the bread. I don't think I can buy it at any bakery shop :P

I got the recipe from this kind girl :)
Recipe:

A- 50g High Protein Flour, 50g hot water, 2 tsp sugar
B- 250g High Protein Flour, 1 tbsp coconut cream, 70g fresh milk, 4g dry yeast, 6
slices of cheddar cheese, 30g butter, 2 tbsp sugar.

Steps:

1. Mix up all ingredients in A. Leave it for half an hour.
2. Mix up all ingredients in B beside the butter, sugar and fresh milk. Put all
ingredients in the bread maker machine, pour the milk slowly into it. You can
simply add more milk into the mixture if you think the dough is too hard or
reversely.
3. Let the dough rest for half an hour until it double size up.
4. Cut the cheddar cheese with the cutter.
5. Mix up the sugar and butter. Add the extra cheddar cheese into it. Make it into
small pieces.
6. Divide the dough into 6, each 60g.
7. Put the (5) into the bread.
8. Brush some egg on it.
9. Let the dough rest again until it double size up, normally it need 40 minutes.
10. Preheat the oven, put the bread into oven, 180 degree Celsius for 25 mins.

Dessert

The weather is so warms !!!

A hot or cold dessert will definitely calms us down. Today came back earlier so decide to bake some cheese bread and cook some dessert.

Ingredients:

1. 1 罗汉果
2. 10 红枣
3. 20 龙眼
4. 3 蜜枣
5. 2 汤匙蔗糖

Throw everything inside a pot and start boiling it... is around 1 and da half hour... but I boil it for around 2 hours. The taste is good, you can either put it into freezer like what my husband always did or like me, drink it hot, good for lady :)

Breakfast

Normally I will prepare him breakfast if he is in noon shift. But it have to depend on my condition :P
And today, I able to wake up just before the alarm worked !

Ingredients:

Mash Potato
1. 1 Russet Burbank Potato, boil it until the water dries, potato totally soft.
2. I choose Heinz Mushroom Soup for the top. *highly recommended*

Home Made Twister

We make twister at school last week. You can try it at your home for your lunch or even dinner. Easy and it doesn't take us much time =)

Recipe:

Sauce:
3 TBSP Mayonnaise
1 TBSP Sour Plum Sauce
1 TBSP Sugar

For one twister:
1 Popia Skin
Few small pieces of fried chicken *buy from hypermarket, in pack*
Cucumber
Tomato

Steps:

1. Stir all the sauce's ingredients.
2. Put the Popia Skin in the oven for 5 mins.
3. Place cucumber, tomato, few pieces of fried chicken on the popia skin.
4. Fill in the sauce.

DONE !

Tuna Puff

First time I know this tuna puff when I was in Bangkok's Mcdonald. Weird, I can't find at Malaysia's mcdonald with this delicious Tuna Puff.

I always free at Sunday especially if husband back to office. He accompany me to grab those ingredients before he went back to office. Me, enjoy so much alone in kitchen :P

Friday mood is so special... I able to wake up at 5.45am this morning. Previous day I bake some bread and think how to finish the bread * i don't want to throw it away * . View my blogger blog post, I learn from HER... Bread Pudding... So here's my first time bread pudding. The taste is good! I prefer more eggs on it so... I put two ;) Maybe I am still not fully waken, so... mistake... too much sugar on it :P

Labrador x 2

I had a wonderful mood today !!! See, another Lab in our house... We love dog and we do have friends who love dog too... She purposely bring her dog back from KL and show us this morning!!! Her Lab is 4 years old and our Lab only 7 months ... Her cream color Lab is so so nice and clever =)

My Husband's Birthday


He is my dotting husband... He is my Man... He is my driver... He is my maid... He is my 出气筒... He is my student... He is my worker... He is even my boss...
He plays different role in my life... He accompany me every night until I sleep... We have bed talk every night tho...He always want to rush back just before I sleep if he has meeting until late night... We play game on bed every night with his I-phone...
He able to make me laugh until CRY *how terrible*...He wake up every morning, open gate for me and make sure I am safe all the time *I went out early morning*... He accompany me to go every where... He never say NO to me for every of my request...
And today is his birthday... I don't prepare him a very exaggerate birthday party ... I don't even prepare him a birthday present... BUT I prepare a simple dinner for him... I am happy because HE really like it ;)

LUNCH at Mont Kiara- Kuala Lumpur

How crazy we are... purposely drove to KL *2 hours* to have our lunch at TENJI ! We spent our great time there. Sit at there from 1pm until 4pm ! Great, I treat my tummy great ! TENJI, Japanese Buffet placed at Mont Kiara, I wish I can own a unit of condo there !!! :P

I can never rest down myself in every weekend. I wish I can loitering around every weekend BUT I know I can't be so selfish as I need to give time for my husband to rest down himself :P *only one day off per week*. =)
