My first try on 3 tiers fondant cake. Thanks so much for my customer who gave me a good chance to try for it ;) The process to make it not really smooth, maybe too rush for me =( But luckily at last, I able to handle it well. Hope that she really love the cake which I had put 100% of my effort on it ;)

Apple In da House

I am so happy while I am decorating for the apple fondant cake. Tada... the customer request it from me... I want an apple and some rabbits for the decoration. And here's da result.
This customer is my brother's friend. Ok, so how he get to know me? He saw my cake's pic appear at facebook and he asked my brother in this way: hey, you know where's Inspiracion Cafe at TI?!
Since I start in making fondant cake, I received lot lot of good compliment! Really thanks all of them who support me lots lotssssss !!!! I will continue to improve my skills in the coming day.
Well, everyone thought I have a bakery shop but I don't. I am a full time Remedial Teacher and bakery is my part time ;)After school reopen, I got only received few orders, maybe 8 in a month *if got*. Now, for Jan 2011, I have 2 big orders by da way ;)

Turtle Birthday Cake

Doggie Is Her Zodiac

Another customer who ordered this cake for her daughter 4 years old birthday =) She say she hope to give her daughter a surprise and she just can't wait to see her daughter's reaction =) Happy birthday to her daughter ;)

I saw her msg at FB... So at the beginning I am quite stress about it. I stress because I scared I can't PRODUCE a nice cake for her.


But things doesn't goes bad... I managed to create one super cute doggie for her cute daughter ;)

Holiday in Malaysia

Yeah, 2 days before school long holidays, Raya haji, I got another 1 day holiday today ;) Well, one of my colleague is leaving our school soon and transfer to other school in other state. We no longer colleague but EX. She is a very hardworking lady and perform really good in school. Before she leave us, I baked this cake for her, suit her I think ;)

Here's my baking place... hate to see it after my work... wargh, I hate to have cleaning session !!!! :P
