Continue to beat the batter until smooth 6 ) Add in non-dairy cream 7 ) Melt chocolate bar, add the melted chocolate into the rest of the batter and mix evenly (half of the batter, another half put in fridge first) 8 ) Add cocoa powder into the batter 9 ) Pour leftover batter into the pan and place in fridge for at least 4 hours.

150g Oreo cookies/ Digestive Biscuit. (crush)
Filling:
250g cream cheese
200g non-dairy cream
40g sugar

2 tbsp gelatin (melt with hot water)
100g chocolate bar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
