Isn't that I mentioned we have damn lot of prawn and fish inside our fridge? Is time for me to cook since I am free like nobody and just loitering after back from school.
My first attempt, a lot of first attempt right? Yeah, definitely, cause I am still a new wife without any experience.

In our age now, everyone is queuing up to give away their boom! This year we have 3 besto friend gonna marry lo!!! 2 guys and 1 gal ;) And here, the wedding I attend last week ;)

Sunday Outing

Wao, 出海去咯!!! Hahahaha, normally for those RICH people,once they heard "出海" it will means by outing with a very nice OWN/PERSONAL boat but we who out of RICH category punya orang, we only managed to 出海 by fishing boat! Wahahahahha, anyway we had a very fantastic outing today!

Our schedule of the day:

We reached their place around 11am. So ngam friend's husband just back from netting. He came back with a lot of fresh prawn and fishes! Here are the children with their village life =)





He is trying to taste the raw fish, guess he is no problem with sushi next time.

And me... kepo-ing ;P


The main purposed of coming here is to makan their famous cooking. " Tor Sat 粥 " One word to describe *for me*, JENG !!!

And very kind them served us with another dishes, 虾膏 fried with fresh prawn !!!! SATISFIED!!!

Dang dang dang dang, I am so excited when I saw these thing on boat, and the stupid crab even make me shout no way!!!!



We spent around 1 hour plus under hot sun, finally we decided to go back. Hehe, Mr. Xing again, invite HUS to maneuver the boat while he managed those SIHAM... HUS managed well but me, sigh... dekat dekat langgar another fishing boat and I am failed to read the direction !!!

We came back with a lot of prawn, fish and SIHAM !!! Thank you very very much to Mr. Mrs XING! My fridge is full right now and we can save our wallet for almost 2 weeks!!! Just to tell, the quantities are damn lot !!!

Current Me...

1. Fatigue, went up to bed before 9.30pm, a MUST to take nap at noon around 1 to 2 hours almost everyday !

2. Backache

3. Appetite decrease.

4. Mood swings!


What can I do? Feel terrible for this kind of reaction which happened on myself. Cannot sick... important task is coming on this Saturday, a very very important function for me as the MC of the day... feel stress! I am sure that I can take a deep breath after this !!!

Idiot !!!

To those bloody idiot, If you dont like dog, please dont place a dog at your house !!! Wargh, I just cant bear with those people who really "sampai hati" to cane their dog NONSTOP !!! No matter how their dog shout or cry they can still continue with their caning !!! WTF!!!! I can't tahan with this idiot's attitude towards this little pity dog =(

Cheese Spaghetti

Still early after came back from facial, so decided to cook something for HUS. Ran to Giant to grab some stuff and the result of my Cheese Spaghetti is shown as below ;)

Huat Kuey

I tried to steamed Huat Kuey before but it seems that I never succeed. Hehe, very happy me, I found another recipe from google and today, I managed and success to steamed around 20 Huat Kuey! Is for this coming friday, Chor 1 =)

Mango Mousse Dessert - 芒果慕丝

We bought two mangoes yesterday, one I took it to do Mango Sago and now... I free like hell... Suggest to take another one to make dessert yo. A picture is worth a thousand words =)

Mango Sago Dessert

Weather very hot recently. Always feel giddy after came back from work. Lagi teruk this few months, always work from 6 something to 5pm! Almost 11 hours...
Hot weather, what to think of? Of course cold dessert. HUS love mango so so much but he not dare to swallow whole mango... takut gemuk =_="
First attempt to Mango Sago Dessert. Ingredients are Indian Mango ( Suppose to get honey mango ), Milk, Corn Flour, Pomelo, Mango Juice, Sago. For those pro in cooking, baking or makan-ing... I know with your sharp eyes, there is a problem on my Mango Sago Dessert right? Yea, without experience... My sago is fail @_@"

Happy Mother's Day

A bit different for this year... I have another woman who play another role in my life. Well, of course I have only one beloved MUMMy who help me and take care of me from time to time, nobody can replace her in my life. She is the only one!

Another woman that I mentioned is my mother's in law. She is a very good to me and always joke and chat with me when she saw me. She told me : "I have no daughter and I just treat you like my own daughter." :P

This year, I baked them a different cake. I like gila in cooking and baking nowadays.
Mummy love coffee chocolate cake so I baked her the flavor that she like =)

And seems that this is the first year I celebrate with her so I dunno what flavor she like... and finally I came up with this Pandan Layer Cake.

Benji de Labrador

After few months we finally get a beloved dog for my dad. Scratching head whether to choose Golden Retriever or Labrador. But at last, seems that Labrador have fate with us. We own a black Labrador. Can't deny that he is a very very clever dog! When we hug him back, he is only 2 months old and know nothing. Remember I taught him one word : "HAND"! Can't believe that, I just need to repeat three times, just three times in around 2 to 3 minutes, he managed to follow my instruction. Heard that this is a very friendly dog and he like field very much. We placed Labrador at papa's house and so lucky papa house have a big field for Lab to run around.
Name, forget about the name... Very hard for us to dig out a name from our brain. My shih tzu name MICKEY is just because I love and admire to Mickey so so much. But what else I can give to Lab this time? I ran out of my idea and finally we catch up HUS's idea. We decide to give him a name which called Benji. After discussing with papa, he also agree with it and now our new doggie, Benji de Labrador =)

A Great Opportunity...

I have been selected to be a speaker in one of the State Speech Competition.

Feel stress? Definitely! I am trained by an experience master every week... and they taught me everything from the tune of my voice to appropriate gesture. I sacrificed my napping hour and stayed at office until 5pm almost everyday.

I hope I can do well in this coming job as I only have one experience during my district speech. Instead of being worried I should be thankful and happy being given this opportunity.

Marché - The Curve

After Ikea, HUS suggest to go Marché =) Hehe, is cute... is like a market ;P Call me "sua gu" ;) Frankly, is my first time to step in ;P

I have my very fresh orange juice, pure orange juice without mixing with any sugar and water !!! Charge me with RM 10.50 !!!

Sushi Zanmai

Before Sushi Zanmai, we actually choose to go Manhattan Fish Market but at last we stepped in Sushi Zanmai. I always agree to have Sushi at Sushi Zanmai ;P

After lunch, off to IKEA AGAIN!!! I always can't stop myself to grab things in IKEA !!! This round... I happy to say that I add some cooking utensils... and now my kitchen is getting full with pots and etc!!!!
