Happy New Year!

Today is new year eve, everyone is busy to figure out where's da nice place for them to countdown... but not me ;) Husband recently very *triple* busy to prepare his new shop lot, going to move to the 2 *double storey* new shop with his partner soon !! Congratulations to them !

I have a great year 2010. Why?

* I have a great relationship with my husband.
* We went to Bangkok, Thailand, Singapore and Taiwan.
* We spend all our time meaningful.
* I have 3 friends who got their own bb in tiger's year !!
* I have my confirm job.
* I had been selected to become a State MC.
* I have my increasing soon salary!
* Husband partner's business is rolling and rolling to the bigger one!
* And... I sure I will have a greatest year 2011 !!!!

I have a great year 2010 and I hope everyone do =)

Christmas Celebration

Normally if you are my readers, you will know i will post the same thing during Christmas. But this year, me and my husband didnt celebrate with his gang cause we decide to go shopping at KL.
I have sweet tooth always. I always grab for the sweet food, ice cream or dessert!!! See our shopping makan jalan trip ;) Long long time I din post up my 战利品! Why? Not important ;)

We had our brunch at Nando's.



We had our tea time at long lost MOF.




We had the new one... Snowflakes, dessert from Taiwan.




We had our great shopping time in KL and today... at IPOH! Hoho, mummy said that I am so pandai to run here and there :P

Apple In da House

I am so happy while I am decorating for the apple fondant cake. Tada... the customer request it from me... I want an apple and some rabbits for the decoration. And here's da result.
This customer is my brother's friend. Ok, so how he get to know me? He saw my cake's pic appear at facebook and he asked my brother in this way: hey, you know where's Inspiracion Cafe at TI?!
Since I start in making fondant cake, I received lot lot of good compliment! Really thanks all of them who support me lots lotssssss !!!! I will continue to improve my skills in the coming day.
Well, everyone thought I have a bakery shop but I don't. I am a full time Remedial Teacher and bakery is my part time ;)After school reopen, I got only received few orders, maybe 8 in a month *if got*. Now, for Jan 2011, I have 2 big orders by da way ;)

Turtle Birthday Cake

A gang of my friends ordered this cake from me. Hihi, for the one who love turtle. Just finished celebrate with her, and I am glad that all of them love the cake =) So happy to see their reaction towards my cake. Thanks so much for their compliment too ;)

A msg from customer : "I wan't a fairy tale birthday cake with Christmas Decoration for my very good friend." I... stopped for a while... fairy tale? Can I? Cause before that I reject her for few request dy, cause I am still not pro in making statue... So, finally I gave an idea which is castle in the cake =)

Mr Lee ordered these cupcake from me last week =) Look at the cupcakes, I still not very satisfy with it, feel that there is something miss out there... well, he will come to collect by tomorrow, I will see about it later *again* :P Maybe color not bright enough for this batch? Erhmmmm..

Moo Moo Birthday Cake For HIS Girlfriend

I will have more and more design on my fondant cake. Really thousand thanks to all my supporter ;) This is the cake special order from ED for his girlfriend. After listen to his explanation and description, I think this is what he want. Hopefully he like it.

Doggie Is Her Zodiac

Another customer who ordered this cake for her daughter 4 years old birthday =) She say she hope to give her daughter a surprise and she just can't wait to see her daughter's reaction =) Happy birthday to her daughter ;)

I saw her msg at FB... So at the beginning I am quite stress about it. I stress because I scared I can't PRODUCE a nice cake for her.


But things doesn't goes bad... I managed to create one super cute doggie for her cute daughter ;)

Doraemon Birthday Cupcake

God always treat me good. Yeah, I am in my long long holiday now. God knows I will bising for the boring day, so he create me the ability to bake cake, design cake :P Just a very minimum ability,maybe 20% but its enough for me ! Yeah, I received few and few orders in Dec... Festival purpose and also birthday! So, I will upload one by one after I pass to my customer ;)

我们的婚姻1岁了...

Congratulations to myself and to my husband :P So fast, we married one year dy! Still remember, last year today, I am a bride but this year today, I am his wife already ;) Wakakaka, our life is still both of us... we don't have any love seed yet :P
Yea, we celebrate it... celebrate for our 1 year old of our marriage. Who say only MONEY can brings romantic? Who say any celebration must celebrate at high class restaurant? Keke, we CREATE romance with our own :P Here's da day ;)

树桐蛋糕

First try in baking and making tree log cake. Erhaaa, how? My log tree cake more to 孩童气氛rather than romantic feel :P I always feel that Christmas is a romantic festival ;) More to come about Christmas in my kitchen ;)

鱼松肉蛋糕

看着厨房的那罐从台北买回来的鱼松肉，也不懂要怎样处理， 看着看着。。。脑海有出现了一个让自己有借口烘焙的方式。哈哈，原本的肉松蛋糕，给我改成了鱼松肉蛋糕了。。。超简单的方法，我做了那么久的蛋糕，今天的方法可说是最简单又快速了。 看看我的蛋糕，明天同事们又有口福了 :)
